Brewed this light–medium roast without telling my wife I’d switched beans, and she downed her cup on the way to work, heading straight into a networking event. The flavor is smooth, clean, and well-balanced with zero bitterness, which makes it dangerously easy to drink. Then the caffeine hit—hard—leaving her jittery and sweating while mingling with colleagues. If you want a coffee that drinks easy but hits like a pre-workout, this is it; just plan your meetings accordingly!
With this latest batch, I decided to use it as a cold brew. It did not disappoint. It had a unique, almost fruity flavor that I've never had with any other cold brew. I'd highly recomend it if you're a cold brew fan.
